Welcome to Denarta, a SaaS application provided by NikolaSoft, located at Stamenka Damnjanovica 12, Boljevac, Serbia. These Terms of Use are an integral part of the Denarta application. We provide the application to individuals, legal entities, and entrepreneurs exclusively in the manner and under the conditions described in these Terms of Use. Every user of the Denarta application is required to read these Terms before using the application, and by using the application, confirms that they have read and fully agree with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

3. Application Details

Application Name: Denarta

Brief Description: Denarta is an application that facilitates the operations of dental offices. It allows the creation of dental office profiles, the addition of team members (doctors and assistants), creation and management of patient databases (dental charts, medical history, job records), scheduling appointments, planning workdays, and tracking the office's income and expenses.

4. Subscription Details

Denarta offers three subscription tiers: Starter, Pro, and Ultimate.

Starter: 0 RSD per month

Pro: 2925 RSD per month

Ultimate: 4100 RSD per month

When creating an account you will be automatically subscribed to starter plan, any discounts are given at our discretion.

Subscription Management

Users can subscribe to one of the three available plans. All paid plans operate on a monthly billing cycle.

Users may choose to disable recurring billing at any time. When recurring billing is disabled, the user will not be billed for subsequent months after the current subscription period ends.

To change a subscription plan or update payment information, users must:

  1. Turn off recurring billing.
  2. Allow the current subscription to expire.
  3. Subscribe to the desired plan or update payment information after expiration.

Conversion statement

Payments made through our platform are subject to currency conversion. The conversion is carried out using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) and the applicable rates of the card associations (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

The amount charged to your payment card will be in the currency of your card's account. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates or additional fees imposed by your bank or card issuer, the final charged amount may differ from the amount displayed on our pricing page.

We recommend that you consult your card issuer or bank for more information on their specific exchange rate policies and any potential additional fees they may apply.

5. User Information

Target Users: Dental offices and dentists.

Required Information for Account Creation: Name of the dental office, name of the owner, owner's email, and business number.

Patients of specific dental offices can also use the application for online appointment scheduling.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Data security and privacy are our top priorities. The data we collect is necessary for the operation of our application (registration of office profiles). The data we collect is stored in encrypted databases. This data is not and will never be available to third parties. Sensitive data, including passwords, profile creation data, team member data, patient data, income and expense data, reminders, appointments, etc., are stored in encrypted databases and are accessible only to profile users; we do not have access to this data. Denarta does not guarantee the accuracy of this data; the accuracy of the data is solely the responsibility of the profile user (the owner of the office).

The data used for sending emails is at the request of dental offices, and Denarta does not have access to this data and does not guarantee its accuracy. We comply with applicable data protection laws.

Denarta uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the application and improve your user experience. We only use necessary cookies, which are essential for the operation of the application and its features, such as session management and language preferences.

Types of Cookies We Use:

  1. Session Cookies: These cookies are essential for maintaining your session while you use the application. They allow you to stay logged in and retain your preferences, such as language settings, during your session.
  2. Locale Cookies: These cookies store your language preference to ensure that Denarta is displayed in the correct language for your session.

Cookie Consent

By using the Denarta application, you consent to the use of these necessary cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, but please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the application.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support Channels:

Users without an account: Contact via email at info@denarta.co.

Users with an account: Can contact us through the ticketing system when logged in or by sending an email to info@denarta.co.

Availability: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Europe/Belgrade time), Monday to Friday.

Maintenance: We reserve the right to make updates to the application without prior notice. Changes in billing are governed in accordance with Raiffeisen's policies, and users will be notified in a timely manner.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Dispute resolution Business conducted through this application is governed by the Law on Electronic Commerce, the Law on Obligations, the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, the Law on Trademarks, the Law on Personal Data Protection, as well as other applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia, in parts not regulated by the aforementioned laws. For disputes related to billing, we adhere to Raiffeisen's transaction resolution policies.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time by disabling recurring billing.

Canceling a subscription will not result in immediate service termination; users will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made, and the subscription will not renew automatically, furthermore user data will be scheduled for deletion 6 months after the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

Users are entitled to a full refund if they request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of the subscription purchase date.

Refunds requested after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

If a subscription is canceled mid-cycle, the user will retain access for the remainder of the paid period, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within the current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email at info@denarta.co or through the in-app support system.

To process a refund, the user must provide the following details:

  1. Transaction ID
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Reason for the refund request

10. User Obligations

Users are required to:

Not upload unrelated files in connection with their work (e.g., music files).

Not use the application for fraudulent activities.

Not create objects (e.g., patients) that do not use real information (e.g., creating a patient with the name Qwerty Qwerty).

11. Prohibited Redistribution

Any use of the Denarta application in whole or in part that is not in accordance with the "Terms of Use" will be considered abuse and a violation of the "Terms of Use".

The authors of the company have exclusive copyright and intellectual property rights over the application, the platform on which the application is located, as well as all individual elements that constitute it, such as text, visual and audio elements, data and databases, program code, and other elements of the application.

Unauthorized use of the application in whole or any part thereof, without the express prior written permission issued by the authors of the application as holders of exclusive copyrights, will be considered a violation of the author's rights of the application and subject to all legally prescribed procedures.
