How do i register?

Click on the Sign Up button at the top right corner, fill out the form and we will send you a confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your email address, click on Sign In button at the top right corner, type in your email and password you have used in the registration step and you should be good to go.

Do we have a free tier?

Yes, we do! With the starter plan you get access to all the features and it is free for life, meaning you will not be forced to upgrade until you feel the need to do so. Only restrictions for the starter plan is reduced storage space (5GB) and a 100 (hundred) patients limit.

After I have opened an account, how do I add the members of my team?

Once you are logged in, head into Settings > Dental office click on the New Account button and fill out the form. You will be prompted to enter a new email address (the email address of the member you wish to add) and set a provisional password, on success a confirmation email will be sent to that email address. Once confirmed, he/she can login using the email address and provisional password you have set but will be required to set a new password once logged in. You can repeat this process for any member you wish to add to your dental office.

Who is this app for?

If you are an owner or a worker of a Dental Office and wish to keep track of patients, dental records, injury reports, colaborate with others and much more, than this app was meant for you to use.

I forgot my password, how do i recover it?

On the Sign in page there is a Forgot your password link, click on it and it will lead you to a password reset page. Once on the page all you have to do is type in your email address and if the email address is registered in our system we will send you a Password Reset Link which will lead you to a page where you can reset your password.
